Giving Comittee Request – MHTG Beta Site

Giving Committee meets on the 3rd Tuesday of the month. Requests must be received 7 days before the giving committee meeting to be guaranteed consideration.

Note: requests will be processed as they are received. Giving committee makes recommendations to the board: final approval authority lies within the board of directors. Once approved by the board: funds are dispersed September – October (depending on the treasurer’s GT workflow).

Please consider the criteria below when answering the following questions:

MHTG Giving proposals are received based on the following criteria: Member’s relationship with the beneficiary organization. The Beneficiary organizations impact on the greater Madison community. Does the proposal have a connection to brewing, home brewing, or the enjoyment of these products?
