To check out one of the two grain mills please use the calendar and form below. This check out system relies on you to pick up the mill wanted from the previous member who checked out the mill based on the booking calendar. You can determine who has the mill from the calendar below (if you are using club resources, please make sure you list your email and phone # in the your your profile at MHTG.org so the next person can find your contact information easily). You can email the current member who has the mill wanted to arrange the details for the pick up. When filling out this form you can add some info in the Details box to let the next member know where to pick up from. After using the mill based on your booking dates you are responsible to keep it until the next members check out dates etc. While mill is in your possession please do not give to another member or person to use unless they have the next booking.
