The club has two brewing systems available: a 10 gallon system and a 1 BBL system.
- The 10 gallon system is a single tier three keggle system, equipped with two pumps and counterflow chiller.
- The 1 BBL system is still under construction and is not available.
- To get certified to use either system you must brew a beer on the system under the instruction of someone who is already certified. Classes are taught on an ongoing basis. Contact the facilities committee for class scheduling information.
- System breakdowns or problems should be reported to the facilities committee for repair.
- Preference will be given to club projects and group brewing projects.
- Reserve one of the systems below using the drop-down menu. You may also have to request access to the space if needed.
