What is the Goodwill Trip?

The Goodwill trip is an opportunity for us to show our Great Taste Breweries some love. They make an investment to come to our fest. This is a chance for us to spend some money and patronize their business. There will be tours at most/all breweries. The club will provide one dinner and beer on the bus. You’re responsible for the gratuity for the driver and the dinner, as well as room and board beyond the one dinner.

When is the Goodwill Trip: 11/21/2025-11/23/2025

We will meet at the American Center Park-n-Ride (American Center Lot, 5601 Eastpark Blvd, Madison, WI 53718) Early Friday morning on 11/21/2025 and return later in the evening on Sunday 11/23/2025. Exact times TBD but plan for a 7am departure and a return after 8pm.

Who can sign up?

All members are eligible. That said, we’ve only got ~40 seats. Priority is given based on your contribution to the fest. Preference is given to Team Leads as a thank you for their efforts. After Team Leads, Volunteers and then non-volunteer Members. Due to liability concerns and code of conduct, MHTG Membership is required for all attendees.
