MHTG hosts a Beer Judge Certification Program (BJCP) judging class every other year.
If you are interested email peter.steinberg@charter.net and we’ll get a class started if there is enough interest.
We will cover the requisite information about beer styles, tasting, brewing techniques, etc. We will also be judging several beers per class in preparation for the exam.
The class coordinator will be taking names for the class but please be aware that you will need to pass the BJCP Entrance Exam before attending this class. You can visit the BJCP Course Catalog to sign up for and take the “BJCP Entrance Exam” course.
